Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify operational problems within departments, conducting root cause analysis to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and teams to streamline operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards in our managed office spaces.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and negotiations are conducted to benefit the organization.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the companys assets and reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial real estate or facilities management industry.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
