Job Description
Partner with Business Stakeholders and IT Strategic Business Partners (NCV CTMS, Horizon, ODH, etc.) to manage operations of systems and applications in scope, ensuring their stability and integrity, and meeting customer service levels.
Ensure all services/Major Accountabilities (based on ITOM Role, Anchor Role, Design Authority Input/Function Input) are delivered to the agreed SLAs
- To manage operations of Dev HUB systems and applications in scope, ensuring their stability and integrity, and meeting customer service levels.
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day operations of Dev HUB systems and applications in scope to ensure stability, integrity and business continuity
- Analyze the changes initiated by upstream systems like NCV CTMS and its impact to DEV HUB systems and communicate it to HUBS downstream systems
- Point of contact for Dev HUB downstream systems for any operational release related clarifications
- Run efficient DevOps during whole lifecycle of platforms, products, or systems from initiation till retirement, ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain / functions
- Partner with vendors to keep abreast with upgrades, changes and latest technology
- Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain / functions
- Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor suppliers involved in operations.
- 6 years+ of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma; expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area
- In depth hands-on on Oracle DB development activities and lead a team of people for any Operational changes coming from NCV CTMS, Horizon and other upstream systems
- Excellent Functional experience in pharmaceutical development domains combined with build & run of Digital & IT solutions
- Experience and understanding of Agile product development
- Deep knowledge of IT & business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP)
- Veeva operations / release management in any of the pharma sub-domains is preferred
- University degree or relevant equivalent experience
- Project Methodologies, Agile, Scrum training is a plus
