Job Description

Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Manager, Deployment Services to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Planning and management, Gather requirements to develop detailed Project plans and Project estimations to task level.

Proactively assist the Business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.

Serve as collaborate with the global and local Brand teams on Project Planning and delivery management.

Manages an efficient and high-quality team that promotes alliance and standard process sharing among resources, drives collaboration with Country Organizations in managing high standards of communication and delivering outstanding services.

Essential Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience, in Product Development, Product Management, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Analytics in US Pharma domain
Project management experience (> 2 years)
Should have working experience with IT functional & Business Domain team
Hands-on with PPT presentation skills, MS Excel for data analysis
Working experience on implementing and managing change across projects in collaboration with upstream and downstream teams
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across all geographies
Proficient in Commercial Healthcare datasets like Xponent, APLD, DDD, Sales, SP, Hub etc
Working knowledge in tools like Python, SQL, Airflow, Matillion, Alteryx, DataIku JavaScript, Jira etc.
