Candidate Qualifications/ must have:
o Bachelor's Degree/ BTech/MBA with 4-6 years of inside sales experience in North America region preferably into IT services company.
o Location: Hybrid // Work from office (Hyderabad) two days Tuesday’s and Thursdays
o Target: 2-3 executed meetings per month. (24 executed meetings in a year)
o Timing: 4 PM IST to 2AM IST.
o Must be able to generate 3 -4 meetings per month from US/ UK region. Should have exposure preferably from IT services and technologies like Cloud, QA, AI/ML, DS, DE, Java, Mobility, Custom App Dev, SF, ServiceNow e.t.c
o Very strong English communication skills: Articulate and clear verbally, and with ability to communicate well in writing. Draft compelling emails (Fresh, Follow-up and LinkedIn)
o Preference to candidates worked in IT services companies in the inside sales role
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
o Work closely with Practice Directors (Technical) and US- Onsite Sales to run the assigned campaign as per the directions and guidelines to generate volumes of leads/opportunities.
o Consistently Maintain meetings/pipeline forecasting to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
o Understand LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Zoominfo, D&B and other research tools available in the market.
o Should be able to draft compelling email. Articulate thoughts into words. Keen eye for Social connect with prospect. Knowledge of data, US – Geo, RPC and lead generation process.
o Performing Sourcing, Lead Generation, Cold Calling (50-60 calls/night), prospecting, finding new customers, Converting Leads
