Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle DERMS solutions for clients.

- Conduct workshops, design sessions, and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their specific security and compliance needs.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for DERMS implementations.

- Configure and customize the DERMS application to meet client requirements.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle DERMS functionalities, including identity and access management, risk assessment, compliance management, and security monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with configuring and administering DERMS on both cloud and on-premise environments.

- Expertise in the Oracle Universal Access Framework (OUAF).

- Guide and mentor junior developers and other team members on DERMS development and implementation.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

- Design and document technical architectures for DERMS implementations, including integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Advise clients on best practices for implementing and maintaining DERMS solutions.

- Advise clients on how to align their business processes with the capabilities of the DERMS system.

Qualifications :

Experience : 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle DERMS.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle DERMS functionalities and administration.

- Strong understanding of the Oracle Universal Access Framework (OUAF).

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.

- Basic programming skills (e., Java, Python) are a plus.
