Maintenance Refrigeration Supervisor – Factory

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Refrigeration
Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in refrigeration and HVAC systems, with the ability to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems are running efficiently. Experience in frozen warehouse/cold room/ice cream or dairy environments is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in fisheries or meat procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring
optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot and repair issues such as leaks, faulty components, and electrical failures in
refrigeration systems.
Install, configure, and assist with the installation of refrigeration equipment.
Respond promptly to emergency repair calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain spare parts inventory and complete a spare checklist to ensure proper stock levels.
Replace faulty parts as needed, ensuring the continued operation of refrigeration systems.
Complete all required paperwork, including inspection logs and emergency repair reports,
for proper record keeping.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working
environment at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience with refrigeration or HVAC systems, ideally in a cold storage
or food-related industry (frozen warehouse, cold room, ice cream, dairy).
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical and
electrical problems.
Ability to read technical instructions and blueprints, and use tools effectively without
supervision.
Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
Previous experience working in a fisheries or meat procurement environment is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum SSC / Diploma with hands-on maintenance experience with refrigeration systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English
