Northcorp Software - Golang Developer (5-8 yrs)

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to help migrate and adapt applications to a private cloud environment and working across teams using a micro-frontend framework to add user interfaces to bridge the gap between the backend APIs and the frontend interface.

- Implement remediations for cloud applications

- Write Golang code aligned with the new architecture

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the Golang-based system

- Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Golang development : 4+ years of experience

- Experience in Java , Kafka developer,

- Experience -in Python and Microsoft

Desired Competencies :

- Exposure in relational databases

- Experience in Cloud Providers such as AWS is an advantage

- Experience using Terraform to manage infrastructure as code

- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture patterns

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Experience working in distributed teams

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with client teams.

- Knowledgeable in writing REST APIs

- Comfortable programming in production grade systems

- Experience with building HTTP based services

- Strong background of optimizing performance

- Familiarity with event-driven systems

- Experience dealing with highly concurrent, distributed architectures/systems

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with large-scale system migrations and modernization efforts

- Prior experience working in the healthcare services industry

- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization in cloud environments
