Profile Overview:
†Graduate with 1-3 years’ Experience of Billing.
†Have a good understanding of US Healthcare medical billing rules, abbreviations, and statespecific insurance guidelines.
• Familiarity with using Payer Portals for viewing and downloading Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurate entry of Patient Demographic information as provided in medical records
. • Charge Entry should be done according to the procedures mentioned on record.
• Apply medical billing concepts, Federal and commercial insurance plans including HMO, PPO, and POS guidelines.
• WC/Auto claims should be handled with the specific guidelines related to the insurance.
• Verifies all EFT deposits and scanned checks.
• Proficient in posting insurance and patient payments
