Job Description :

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Integrations to enhance and optimize our enterprise service management capabilities.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be an integral part of our IT team, responsible for developing and implementing integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with architects and other team members to create high-quality, scalable, and efficient integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement integration solutions according to technical requirements and business needs.

- Collaborate with architects to design integration solutions, ensuring they are in line with architectural guidelines and best practices.

- Utilize ServiceNow's IntegrationHub and Flow Designer for building integrations with external systems.

- Write, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.

- Document the integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.

- Assist in the continuous improvement of integration standards and practices.

- Provide technical support and maintenance for existing integration solutions.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, specifically with integrations.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Rest APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.

- Familiarity with the ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

- Good understanding of ITIL and service management processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred
