Role & responsibilities

you will be responsible for managing inventory, inspecting materials, organizing storage, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure safe storage and generate reports View Details Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials on-site.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring quality and quantity meet specifications.
• Organize and label materials in designated storage areas for easy access.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Issue materials to the respective departments as per requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock checks to identify shortages or surplus and report to the project manager.
• Ensure the safe and organized storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels and consumption.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in a construction/project environment for
minimum 2 to 7 years.

• Knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
