Production
- Controlling the overall Shop-Floor activity in terms of Production & machine Quality.
- Monitoring of Plan Vs Actual Production
- Manpower Management
- Awareness of Production Planning & Control
- Daily review and reporting of Production targets. Make corrective action and focus on process improvements
- Shift Scheduling for team members, make sure man and material is available for machine.
Productivity
- Line Balancing study and implementation for optimum output and Productivity improvement
