Manufacturing Executive (Production) - Nagpur

Key Deliverables
1. Productivity: 

• Analyzing losses and downtimes, and working towards continuous improvement in the same
• Ensuring and driving autonomous maintenance practices
• Resource planning and collaboration with other departments to minimize downtimes, on-time flag raising in case of unavailability of materials and equipment spare parts

2. Quality

• Ensuring production of "first -time right" product
• Ensuring all GMP-GHP, 5S and quality norms, interlocks etc. are being followed, and reports/ checklists are getting filled properly and Product Quality Inspection is being done in all shifts
• Regular Hazard Spotting and Safe/ Unsafe Act reporting and closure of the same (Q-shine) for self and team
• Driving Quality Improvement Projects through shopfloor team

3. Cost

• Ensuring minimum wastages of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods
• Ensuring minimum giveaway, without violating quality regulations
• Analysis of wastages and working towards continuous improvement in the same
• Ensuring station-wise correct deployment of people, according to their skill and competencies
• On-time implementation of cost saving projects, as well as ideating new innovations to drive resource optimization and therefore bottom-line improvement

4. Delivery

• Weekly production scheduling based on serviceability, material availability and flexibility of lines/ equipment
• Ensuring On-Time-In-Full delivery of each SKU and adherence to weekly upload plan
• Correct equipment planning according to the SKU wise upload plan

5. Safety

• Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, PPEs, guards and interlocks
• Regular Hazard Spotting and Safe/ Unsafe Act reporting and closure of the same (S-shine) for self and team
• Driving awareness on safety among the shopfloor team
• Working towards continuous improvement and addressing concerns related to related to human safety
