1. Responsible for leading product sales, aftermarket revenue for tunneling business and driving profitable growth.

2. Expertise in forecasting, budgeting and reporting in optimizing the product sales processes along with aftermarket requirement.

3. Business Growth mindset.

4. Developing and Implementing aftermarket, product sales strategies, setting sales targets for the dealers and driving the dealers to achieve revenue and profit goals.

5. Responsible for analysing market trends, identify new business opportunities and developing ecosystem to drive mentioned product business growth.

6. Training and Mentoring of dealer sales team, providing ongoing support to improve their sales skills.

7. Responsible for analyzing market trends, identify new business opportunities and developing ecosystem to drive mentioned product business growth.

8. Collaborate with marketing and product sales teams to develop effective sales campaigns and ensure product offerings meet customer needs

9. New product/ model launch strategies and implementation capabilities.

10.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Major Accounts.
