IAM T3 Specialist

The team you will be a part of

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced IAM specialist to join the Nokia IAM T3 support team, supporting IAM services such as LDAP, RADIUS, and API's. The preferred candidate will have the expertise to independently solve service problems and escalated incidents. IAM T3 Specialists most often interface with IAM T2, Service Delivery Management, and surrounding subject matter experts.

• 6 years of hands-on LDAP experience
• Experience with RADIUS as well as modern authentication protocols
• Experience supporting application integration types ranging from flat files to REST API
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics and communication background.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS
• High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting
• Incident, problem, and service request ticketing experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skills

Preferred candidates will also have:

• Experience with Identity and Access Management services or projects
• Experience working with ForgeRock Directory Services
• Experience with FreeRADIUS
