Logistiex - Technical Lead - Java (5-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Java-based applications.

- Ensure best practices and high standards are maintained across the development lifecycle.

- Take ownership of the full development cycle, from requirements analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Architect and implement solutions with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance.

- Design and develop robust and scalable applications using Java 8+, with a focus on the Spring Boot framework.

- Ensure modular, clean, and maintainable code that aligns with business requirements.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate with JPA to design and implement efficient data models.

- Leverage your knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, SQS, SNS) to design and deploy applications in the cloud, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Design and implement microservices architectures.

- Ensure high availability, resilience, and fault tolerance in distributed systems.

- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using industry-standard tools and practices.

- Ensure smooth deployment pipelines, containerization with Docker, and automation for improved efficiency.

- Design, develop, and deploy Cloud Native SpringBoot Micro-services that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performing.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

- Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality development processes are followed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/ECE or related field.

- 5-8 years of industry experience in software development.

- Strong programming skills in Java or any other Object-Oriented programming language.

- Knowledge of Spring Framework, SpringBoot, and Micro-services architecture.

- Knowledge of Database fundamentals and hands-on experience on any one of the databases.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be a plus
