- We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our expanding finance team, bringing expertise in business reviews, financial planning, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Reviews:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and business reviews to provide insights and recommendations to management on monthly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Forecasting:
- Responsible for preparation of the annual operating plan with inputs with various stakeholders.
- Responsible for preparation of comprehensive financial forecasts for the upcoming period(s) and identify for potential variation to the AOP.
Management Information System (MIS) Reporting:
- Preparation and present timely and accurate MIS reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of MIS reports with business objectives and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyse variances between actual and budgeted results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Investor Due diligence/ investor relations
- Handle investor due diligence processes by provision of data and closure of all financial related queries.
- Preparation of financial models for fund raise.
- Manage relationships with investors, providing timely updates and financial reports.
System Integrations:
- Support finance system integrations, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Work on ERP configuration and optimization to enhance business operations and financial management.
New Acquisition Company Alignments:
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired companies to our accounting platform.
- Ensure alignment of financial policies and practices across newly acquired entities.
- Training on key accounting treatment in case of GAAP conversion areas for new entities.
Internal audit:
- Preparation and present timely and accurate MIS reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of MIS reports with business objectives and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyse variances between actual and budgeted results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Proven working experience in IND AS financial reporting.
- Technical knowledge on IND AS/ IFRS must.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Individual contributor role but involve significant co-ordination with stakeholders across management, internal finance, business teams and auditors globally.
