Field Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training: Deliver training on operational procedures, products, and services to field sales executives
• Evaluate Performance: Assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
• Provide Ongoing Support: Mentor employees and offer refresher training as needed.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain training records and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Management: Work with managers to address skills gaps and improve training programs.
