Primary Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership by defining best practices and strategies for building and managing the NoBroker platform.

- Develop reusable components and libraries using advanced data structures.

- Lead and mentor engineers while collaborating with managers and operations to ensure systems meet reliability, accuracy, and performance objectives.

- Independently design, develop, and test complex features.

- Drive technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.

- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to deliver solutions and projects effectively.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Skills and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related technical discipline from a reputed institution.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in relevant technologies and programming methodologies.

- Proven experience in designing, architecting and monitoring robust services in production environments

- Strong expertise in REST API development.

- Proficiency in working with databases, including SQL (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch), with a strong focus on query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning for efficient data handling and retrieval.

- Experience with caching servers such as Memcached, Redis, or Ehcache.

- Hands-on experience with message broker tools like Kafka.

- Proficiency in ORM tools, such as JEE, Spring, or Hibernate.
