Role & responsibilities

▪ Handle inbound calling for customer service. ▪ Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. ▪ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive ▪ communication. ▪ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. ▪ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits ▪ Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues. ▪ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts. ▪ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. ▪ Take the extra mile to engage customers

Variable Salary: ₹4.2LPA to ₹4.9 LPA (inclusive of all variable components, based on experience)

Fixed salary: ₹2.4 Lpa to ₹3.1LPA

Qualifications:
