Area Sales Manager- Field sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, within the assigned territory.
• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
• Conduct property site visits, presentations, and meetings with potential clients to drive sales.
• Close property deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update a strong sales pipeline with detailed information on prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local property market and customer needs to position offerings effectively.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing after-sales support as necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, pricing, and industry best practices to remain competitive.
