Job Description


  • Handle critical financial decisions related to bank accounts, fund allocation, and cash flow management.
  • Review emails regularly to ensure timely responses and address important financial queries. Attend meetings with the core team and management to provide insights on financial matters, present reports, and support decision-making.
  • Oversee day-to-day banking operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage bank-related tasks, including fund transfers, cash flow submissions, and reporting. Oversee audit processes, handle queries, and ensure that audit findings are addressed promptly.
  • Handle & resolve queries related to imports and exports. Prepare quarterly EPC (Export Packing Credit) reports and submit them to banks for funding requirements.
  • LC application & foreign inward remittance disposal.
  • Monitor stock tracking and manage the allocation of assets within the company.
  • Implement and manage asset tagging and identification processes for efficient tracking and control.
  • Oversee the preparation of subsidy documentation and review the submissions before sending them to the relevant authorities.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure loan documentation is properly prepared and submitted. Maintain up-to-date records of subsidies and loans to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work on enhancing reporting structures to improve financial transparency and decision-making.
  • Address and resolve financial queries related to unit calculations, consumption against production, and other cost-related matters.
  • Ensure that financial queries related to both internal and external stakeholders are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. Monthly WCDL request submission.
  • Periodic verification of Duty Drawback and RODTEP claims.
  • Monitoring of Advance Authorisation.
  • Completion of banking documentation related to bank facilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the timely renewal of insurance policies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales declarations as and when required.
  • Monitor and manage insurance claims.
