Job Description
- Coordinate with design and production teams to develop and present textile samples to buyers.
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable fabric solutions.
- Process orders, coordinate with production teams, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Develop and manage a TNA calendar for orders, tracking each stage from sampling to shipment.
- Follow up on enquiries, price negotiations, order confirmations, and post-sales feedback.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new textile innovations.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.
