LAMP Stack Developer - React.js/Laravel (8-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js for front-end development and Laravel for back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience and robust backend functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Laravel (backend).

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack.

- Implement authentication and authorization systems using Laravel Passport/Sanctum.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

- Manage databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and optimize queries for performance.

- Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of applications.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Collaborate with product managers and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in React.js including Hooks, Redux, Context API, and component-based architecture.

- Proficiency in Laravel with experience in building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end build pipelines.

- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Laravel Passport, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
