Job Description / Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire operations of the factory including production, procurement, quality control, and maintenance of televisions.
• Maintaining spare parts and raw material inventory for production.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• Ensuring worker safety and the adherence to safety protocols
• Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Regularly reviewing the work process and making necessary improvements
• Preparing and implementing budgets and production schedule
• Supervise, motivate, and support the production team.

Qualification
