Job Overview:

- As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

- You'll work closely with our team to create engaging content, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve our email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

- Create and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Brevo, Sendinblue, Omnisend, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.

- Design and optimize customer journey email sequences.

- Monitor and improve email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.

- Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure targeted, relevant communications.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and anti-spam regulations.

- Collaborate with the team to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for email marketing processes.

- Work with automation tools like Zapier and ManyChat to streamline data collection and list management.

- Adapt email marketing strategies for various industries and client requirements.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Brevo, Sendinblue, Omnisend, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.

- Strong understanding of email deliverability factors, including health scores, content optimization, and spam prevention.

- Experience with marketing automation tools like Zapier and ManyChat.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with email marketing platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques for email campaigns.

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design.

- Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

- Experience with Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.

- Understanding of both B2B and B2C email marketing strategies.
