Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through marketing, lead gen tools, cold calling, events, existing customer outreach
Locate the right person in the organization initiate contact.
Schedule an online meeting or discussion or chat with interested suspects through skype/Chat/phone for the sales closure team
Follow up, pitch, and convince the customer to try us/take a demo of services wherever we offer.
Manage a complex sales cycle with multiple decision-makers and present cost-benefit analysis to stakeholders
Maintain and build up a regular ongoing relationship with your prospects through skype, LinkedIn and other online social network sites sources
Validate Leads by following our Sales qualification process
Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building databases, and Proficient in secondary research.
Use sales CRM tool, and update it at every step of the process.
Act as one point of contact for all client queries from Pre-Sales to Post Sales till project delivery and involved in strategic planning for the generation of inbound/ outbound leads & targeting to produce max revenue growth.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture, cloud computing, and software deployment models.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience as a SDR/Outbound Sales/Account Manager in a B2B SaaS/IT Software/IT Product Company.
- Current or prior experience in managing global sales in the region - North America/Europe
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles
- Prior experience of managing & achieving sales quota
- Solution or consultative sales experience
- Has worked at growth stage startup
