Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Management:

- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative insurance products.

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market demands.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in product offerings.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

- Define product strategies to capture market opportunities and address gaps in the current portfolio.

- Create business cases and present insights to stakeholders to support product decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, underwriting, and operations teams to align product goals.

- Coordinate with IT and development teams for seamless integration of new products into existing platforms.

- Facilitate training sessions to ensure internal teams are well-versed with product features and benefits.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track product performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.

- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve product offerings.

- Develop and present reports to senior management detailing product performance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in Product Management within the insurance industry.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks.

- Expertise in market analysis and developing actionable insights.

Educational Background:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Relevant certification in Product Management or Insurance is highly desirable
