Oracle Fusion Cloud/SCM Consultant - Implementation & Support (8-13 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant with deep expertise in the Supply Chain Planning Cloud (SCP) module. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud applications, especially in the Supply Chain Management domain, and will have a strong understanding of end-to-end SCM processes, integration, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, specifically focusing on Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Inventory Management, Procurement, and Order Management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations and solutions.

- Design, configure, and deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle and third-party systems.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud best practices, functionalities, and capabilities.

- Perform gap analysis and work with business teams to ensure the solution aligns with business processes.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications, testing scripts, and documentation.

Skill Sets required :

- 10+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing Cloud and Order Management Cloud, Procurement, Inventory modules.

- Have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

- Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support.

- Strong experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for Very High transaction volumes and should have good experience of Performance Testing of solutions.

- Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape.

- Knowledge on end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management is a must.

- Experience in handling integration with external partners/ applications like - E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, EDI.

- Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs, and Key Design Discussion sessions with client.

- Oracle Certification is preferred, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus

- Experience in Oracle Cloud BIP reports

- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and third-party application teams, OCI etc.,

Mandatory Skills(2-3)ONLY :

- Oracle Fusion Pricing Cloud and Order Management Cloud, Procurement, Inventory modules.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud BIP reports.

- Have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
