Salesforce Quality Analyst

Salesforce Testing: Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
Test Case Design & Execution: Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans specific to Salesforce functionality, ensuring thorough validation.
Automation Testing: Experience with Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or other Salesforce automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Apex & LWC Testing: Understanding of Apex triggers, classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to validate customizations and ensure seamless performance.
API Testing: Strong experience in testing REST/SOAP APIs using Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent tools to verify integration and data consistency.
Bug Tracking & Reporting: Proficiency in JIRA, TestRail, or similar defect management tools for logging, tracking, and resolving issues efficiently.
Data Validation: Solid knowledge of SOQL and SOSL to ensure data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce applications.
Regression & Performance Testing: Expertise in conducting regression tests to verify system stability after updates, along with performance testing to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
Salesforce Security Testing: In-depth knowledge of profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets to validate security compliance and data access control.
Compliance & Best Practices: Familiarity with Salesforce testing best practices, industry standards, and documentation of test results to maintain quality assurance processes.
