Job Description:

Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Automation Lead, or similar role in test automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript for test case automation.

In-depth understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.

Experience with test management and reporting tools like Zephyr or Xray.

Proficient in Agile methodologies, including collaboration with development teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both code and application behavior.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Lead and execute the automation of functional and regression test cases using Playwright with JavaScript.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications across multiple browsers.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand test requirements and ensure that tests align with business needs.

Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated test execution as part of the deployment process.

Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all features and maintain test scripts and frameworks for ongoing projects.

Monitor, report, and resolve issues related to test execution in test management tools such as Zephyr or Xray.

Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reporting on the quality and stability of the application.

Continuously improve test automation strategies and frameworks, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools.
