Job Description: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Old Alwal, Hyderabad
Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
Job Type: Onsite (No Remote Option)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Fresher Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team specialising in US Staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to build a rewarding career in the recruitment domain while working with an energetic team. You will work exclusively during the night shift and play a pivotal role in identifying, placing, and managing IT professionals for project assignments across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bench Sales and Marketing:
   
• Work with IT consultants on the bench to market their profiles effectively for various IT job openings in the US market.
• Build relationships with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients.
• Ensure prompt submission of profiles to job requirements and maintain a consistent follow-up process.
2. Sourcing and Negotiation:
   
• Source job requirements from job portals, social networks, and vendor portals.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants.
• Understand and work within the US tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C).
3. Database Management:
   
• Maintain and update a database of consultants and clients.
• Ensure all documentation and communication are well-organized.
4. Relationship Building:
   
• Develop and sustain long-term professional relationships with consultants and vendors.
• Act as a liaison between consultants and clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any graduate (B.E/B.Tech, MBA, or any relevant degree preferred).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in US staffing or IT recruiting is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
