Educational Qualifications: CA

Experience: Experience of 3 to 5 years in Accounts and Taxation from Real Estate Fund/ Private equity/ Venture capital

• Handling Stat & Tax Audits, ensuring its timely compliances
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance and drafting group accounting policies for both consolidated and standalone financial statements.
• Conducting monthly variance analysis along with trial balance review for the assigned entities.
• Managing statutory filings and reporting, compiling monthly and quarterly Board presentations, and providing budgetary guidance for capital expenditure and CSR activities.
• Assist in drafting business transfer agreements for a group restructuring activity, and ensuring adherence to SEBI (LODR) 2015 regulations.
• Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors during audit processes, and prepare projected income statements for subsidiaries.
• Planning and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements and administering the monthly closing process.
• Leading the financial consolidation and reporting processes for actuals, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external reporting.
• Develop a comprehensive business plan for international operations in collaboration with the SBU business team.
• Overseeing the accounting the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities of offshore entities in their respective GAAPs and ensuring the translations and revaluations into the reporting currency and presentation currency are carried out accurately.
• Monitor capital infusion and business transfer as well fulfilling RBI compliances pertaining to ODI and OPI regulations.
