Position Specification
Your role will breathe life and champion the experience for every stakeholder encounter. As part
of our initiative to constantly keep the value within our group, we are bringing forth an initiative
that would stand as an independent business, fully supported by our core business. This will
allow the new initiative to live within the group's value systems. We are looking for an individual
who wants to be part of the foundational team, building differences - in how we choose to
operate in business, with customers, and with the community.
This role is for an ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in managing business processes.
Ideally, you have a strong background in either Zoho applications or ERP systems and have
applied them in various business scenarios. You currently possess a deep understanding of
ERP Systems and have always sought to apply them in various business scenarios, but you
have yet to have the opportunity to be guided and supported through this journey. You also
realize that doing business in India, the Middle East, and Asia is competing in a crowded
market where only the lowest price and profit are considered, without consideration for the
workload thrust on the people delivering the work, with little to nothing provided in
compensation.
This is a unique opportunity to come in on the ground floor of an international endeavour where
revenue generation is achieved through a focused exposure exclusively through markets in the
US, Canada, UK, and Australia, with a vision to expand into non-English speaking developed
countries. We are building towards being a premier Digital Marketing and Zoho solution
provider focusing on delivering quality offerings.

We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of all aspects of business, is experienced in either Zoho or ERP systems, and can translate business requirements into clear documentation and workflows for technical teams.
You are well-versed in the following:
Managing and engaging teams
Mapping business processes
Identifying gaps in processes
Guiding solutions, custom or otherwise, with hands-on experience
Liaison between external clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
You will thoughtfully map, and your hand will shape, guide, and manage strategies for internal
and external initiatives

Maintain regular contact with business line management to keep abreast of new issues and
initiatives and advise senior management on best practices.
Assist in due diligence of appropriate strategies to support business expansion plans.

Review resources, understanding project demand forecast and capacity building.
Prepare and conduct training where required.
Deliver ad-hoc reports needed as required.

Oversee and manage project financial budgets, ensuring timely communication of any critical
cost implications, changes to funding, and cost adjustments
Measure and report on Return on Investment (ROI) by identifying and tracking Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project milestones
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and ensure
alignment across teams
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs, meeting all agreed deadlines
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where required
Comprehend business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation
for technical teams.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to:
Accurately define functional requirements
Document technical specifications and requirements
Create best practices and documentation such as flowcharts, data-flow diagrams, and
user-flow diagrams.
Prepare detailed data migration plans, including import and export strategies.
Oversee data migration from legacy systems and ensure seamless integration with
existing systems.
Generate BI reports and oversee automation initiatives.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of
new processes and systems by employees.
Prepare and conduct user training programs to support successful system
implementation.
Test solutions thoroughly before go-live, identifying and resolving bugs with the
development team.
Provide go-live support to address any user issues and ensure a smooth system
transition.
Monitor system performance post-implementation, offering ongoing support and
identifying areas for further optimization.
Ensure continuous improvement of business processes post-go-live, working with
users to maximize the system's benefits
Qualification
Resident of India
Citizen of India
Proven work experience as a Functional Consultant, specializing in business process
mapping within Zoho or ERP Systems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field. An MBA or Master's in Business is preferred.
Certification in ERP or Zoho Platforms is an advantage.
