GM International Business

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end international business of the company, customer service, documentation,
customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

2. Giving presentations to clients for business generation and profit maximization.

3. International business development

4. Providing competitive quotations to the clients

5. Manage freight forwarding, shipping schedules, and carrier negotiations to optimize costs and
efficiency.

6. Handle every aspect of international business of the company including business generation,
costs optimization and profit generation.

7. Responsible for P&L of The International Business Division of the company.

8. Build strong relationships with international suppliers, customers, and trade partners.

9. Develop new export/import business opportunities and expand global market reach.

10. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events for international trade growth.

11. Prepare and verify client`s export-import documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of
lading, and certificates of origin.

12. Stay updated with changes in international trade policies, customs tariffs, and government
regulations.

13. Ensure compliance with Incoterms, export control regulations (EAR, ITAR), and trade sanctions.

14. Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory agencies for smooth clearance of goods.
