Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Coordinating with other departments like sales, purchasing, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment
• Managing warehouse budget, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and supplies.
