Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, potential buyers.. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction throughout the property buying, leasing, or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants).
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, inquiries, and needs promptly.
    • Offer personalized advice and guidance on available properties based on clients' requirements.
  2. Lead Generation and Follow-up:
    • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and leads.
    • Manage a pipeline of clients and ensure timely follow-ups for potential property transactions.
    • Build rapport with prospective clients to convert leads into sales or rentals.
  3. Property Portfolio Management:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest property listings, market trends, and pricing.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about property features, prices, and availability.
    • Assist clients in shortlisting properties that meet their needs and preferences.
  4. Sales and Negotiation Support:
    • Support the sales team by facilitating meetings and negotiations between clients and sellers.
    • Coordinate property viewings and site visits for clients.
    • Provide ongoing communication during the property transaction process to ensure smooth deal closures.
  5. Customer Retention:
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases or rentals, providing post-sale support.
    • Address client complaints and resolve issues quickly, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention rates, such as loyalty programs or regular check-ins.
  6. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
    • Report customer feedback, competitor insights, and market dynamics to senior management.
    • Provide recommendations to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
  7. CRM System Management:
    • Utilize CRM software to maintain customer data, track interactions, and manage communication.
    • Ensure that all client data is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
    • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels and sales performance.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
    • Work closely with the property development and sales teams to ensure client expectations are met.
    • Coordinate with legal and finance departments to manage documentation, contracts, and payments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry. Sales experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to support both clients and the company during property transactions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and property listing tools. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-Centric: A strong customer-first mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
