Roles & Responsibilities:
Pre-Project Phase
1. Project Initiation: Review project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
2. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.
3. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and determine project feasibility.
Project Planning Phase
1. Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
2. Team Assembly: Assemble and manage a team of designers, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, including milestones and deadlines.
4. Budgeting: Establish and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.
Design and Procurement Phase
1. Design Management: Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
2. Material Selection: Collaborate with designers and clients to select materials, finishes, and furniture.
3. Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contracting, and purchasing.
Construction and Implementation Phase
1. Site Management: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
2. Contractor Management: Manage contractors, including monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring quality control.
3. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Project Closure Phase
1. Project Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of the completed project to the client.
2. Final Inspections: Conduct final inspections to ensure the project meets quality and safety standards.
3. Project Evaluation: Evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and document best practices.
General Responsibilities
1. Communication: Foster effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, designers, contractors, and team members.
2. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Time Management: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones.
