Interior Site Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other members of the project team.
• Monitor and report on project progress and budget.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop project plans, scope of work documents, and specifications.
• Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, including selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Oversee job site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and colleagues.
• Ability to effectively manage people and resources.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the interior design industry.
• Ability to plan and organize projects, create detailed reports, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
• Ability to create and manage budgets for interior design projects.
• Ability to successfully negotiate with vendors and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using various computer software programs related to project management, design, and accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
