Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Post job openings, search resumes, and screen candidates via these platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to streamline candidate sourcing and shortlisting.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future job openings.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and labor laws.
