General Manager - MEP

Job description -

We require GM MEP for our residential project in Greater Noida West to join in 2 weeks.

-BTech Electrical with 16 - 22 yrs of exp in residential/ Group Housing Project
-Knowledge of all Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing work requirements at site

Job description

• Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers and coordinators.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop MEP project budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Review and approve MEP system designs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee the bidding and procurement process for MEP subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor the progress of MEP installations and coordinate with construction teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure MEP systems are installed correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Manage MEP project budgets and track expenses to control costs effectively.
• Work closely with the project team to resolve design conflicts and coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural elements.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in MEP work.
