Quality Assurance - Assistant Executive/ Executive - Japanese MNC

Role & responsibilities

• Set up Inspection and Visual inspection of Auto Parts.
• Interpret/Read Drawing for Measuring/Inspection Purpose.
• Prepare daily Process reports and report quality related issues potential modes for quality issues and defects.
• Should be experiences in visual inspection of Mental & Molding Part.
• Providing efficient solutions for various types of issues
• Should be Good Knowledge & Implement all Quality tools (7QC tools, PPAP, FMEA. Why-2 Analysis)
• Taking part in Kaizen activities coordinated by Seniors.
• Responsible for Layout inspection and also able to handle manpower / customer queries / vendor management independently.
• Maintaining MIS on daily basis
• Education and training to workers to implements the process as per control plan and the Maintaining 5S and training given to workers as well.
• Overseeing all operations of the warehouse to ensure safety and security.
• Check all new develop components by first principle & tool trial.
• Maintain 5S Activity, Kaizen & Suggestion scheme.
• Develops and promotes warehouse goals and objectives while working with operations management in planning and supervising activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 to 5 year experience in Quality Inspector.
• Good Communication skill.
• Flexible to work in any shift.
• Should be Experience in handling of customer complaint.
• Good Knowledge of MS office, Oracle, ERP, and warehouse-based software.
