Senior Executive Air Export EDI

Job Description

• Must have Air Export Operation Experience in Logistics company.
• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) shipping bill/checklist filling.
• Preparing Draft checklist and send it to customers for approval.
• Coordinating with the shipper for any issue with EDI filling & related documents.
• Checking export invoice, packing List and other supporting documents. If any detail is missing coordinate with Customers regarding Queries and Resolve them On a Daily Basis.
• Preparing E-sanchit Documents, Exm: invoice/packing list/LUT/Tax invoice & all other additional requirement documents.
• Sending all supporting docs to the ice gate for E-Sanchit and generating the IRN no.
• After getting the IRN number, the same is mentioned in the EDI job, and sending the EDI job to ice gate for generating shipping bill number.
• Once the shipping bill number is generated check the status of the shipping bill, if any shipping bill mark in APRS OFF/APRS AC, then inform our airport staff to release the shipping bill number.
• Update and coordinate with airport staff regarding Planning doc. Checking everyday planning sheet If any shipping bill number is more than 7 days, resend the flat file to Ice gate for shipping number generation.
• Arrange ADC docs for pharma shipment (in case of shipper merchant exporter) and Also Arrange RCMC certificate /purchase bill/ GSTIN number of Manufacture.
• Share daily basis planning wise checklist & clearance docs. LUT, invoice/packing & other additional docs.
• Coordinating with Airport staff if any query is raised by customs for documents or goods related.
• Preparing HCL/SEZ Online Checklist Filling & Sharing with Customer for Approval.
• Preparing section 74 checklist and prepare the all-related documents exam: Invoice/ PL/GR Waiver/TR-6 challan copy/Import Documents/calculation sheet.
• Coordination with customers to relate the DBK queries.
• Assisting the customers with AD code registration.
