Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly or weekly AR-related management reports.
• Conduct AR-related ledger reviews to ensure accounting discipline.
• Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting.
• Coordinate with branches for all AR-related matters.
• Ensure strict adherence to the credit policy and report all non-compliance.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Improve systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Regularly monitor the quality of outstanding receivables.
• Facilitate pre-sale screening of prospective customers.
• Set and monitor credit limits and credit days in the financial accounting system.
• Report all deviations from agreed credit terms, both credit period and credit limits.
• Maintain and manage customer master records.
• Reconcile accounts with customers and obtain periodic balance confirmations.
• Arrange AR review meetings with branches, prepare and record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify slow-moving, doubtful, and non-recoverable outstanding amounts regularly.
• Coordinate with the legal function for cases requiring legal proceedings.
• Review and support collection trackers for branches.
• Simplify processes and continuously improve all AR-related areas.
• Support all AR-related audits periodically.

Job Title: GST Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Check, prepare, and file GSTR1 returns on a monthly basis.
• Check, prepare, and file GSTR 3B returns on a monthly basis.
• Address all queries related to GST matters with the branch.
• Prepare annual returns (GSTR 9 and 9C).
• Follow up with branches for blocked ITC credit and ensure all vendors file GST returns on time.
• Support GST department audits.
• Track E-Invoices on a monthly basis and support branches in E-Invoice generation.
• Review and prepare TDS reports.
• Perform other tasks as required.
