Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented of Accounts Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of our company's accounting and finance operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all financial records and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex accounting functions within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Managing and leading a team responsible for client accounts, ensuring all operational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Working closely with the VP - Operations to develop and execute operational strategies, processes, and improvements for client services.
• Ensuring that client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded, providing proactive solutions to client challenges.
• Developing and implementing operational plans to optimize workflow and maximize productivity across the team.
• Leading regular communication with clients to review performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for further service enhancement or new business opportunities.
• Analysing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Managing project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Preparing and delivering regular performance reports to the VP - Operations, highlighting key operational metrics, client feedback, and operational challenges.
• Leading process improvement initiatives within the operations team to enhance client service and internal efficiencies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
• Training and Development: Conducting and overseeing daily training sessions to ensure the operational teams are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and updates to perform their tasks efficiently. This includes training on operational processes, best practices, and any client-specific requirements.
• Training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with internal departments (e.g., finance, HR, IT) to ensure the smooth functioning of operations for client accounts.
• Contributing to the strategic planning of the department, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
