Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented of Accounts Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of our company's accounting and finance operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all financial records and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex accounting functions within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Client Account Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Meeting or exceeding client expectations and SLAs. Proactively addressing client challenges.
• Team Leadership: Managing and leading a client account team, ensuring operational objectives and KPIs are met. Training and mentoring team members.
• Operational Strategy & Improvement: Working with the VP - Operations to develop and execute strategies, processes, and improvements. Leading process improvement initiatives. Optimizing workflow and maximizing productivity.
• Client Communication: Regular communication with clients to review performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions. Preparing and delivering performance reports to the VP - Operations.
• Project Management: Managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments (finance, HR, IT).
• Training & Development: Conducting and overseeing training sessions for operational teams on processes, best practices, and client-specific requirements. Fostering a culture of high performance.
• Strategic Planning: Contributing to departmental strategic planning, aligning with business goals.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
