QA / QC Head - Manufacturing (Falta Plant)

Plant Location - Falta / Kolkata

Experience: 12-15 years in the production field, out of which at least 7-10 years experience in the QC department.

Job experience:

a) Experience in leading a team of 6-8 QC personnel, consisting of Asst. Manager to QC Engineer.

b) Experience in working in a Batch Production Manufacturing Industry

c) Experience in working in an ISO environment

d) Must have knowledge about application of different QC tools, its correct carry on at the shop floor, its further implementation.

e) Must have thorough knowledge of the Process Control system and its carry-on & implementation wherever will be required.

f) Must have thorough knowledge of new product development process, stabilization of the same.

g) Must have zeal to learn and develop/improvise the existing system.

h) Knowledge about Heat treatment and metallography will be an added advantage.

Job Profile:

a) Daily monitoring of different processes at the shop floor, corrective action for any non-performance

b) Review of QC inspection observations

c) Daily monitoring shop floor documentation and its daily reporting

d) Immediate corrective action for any kind of QC non-compliance

e) Preparation of analysis of various Rejections/Reworks

f) Development of product and its process control activities

Preferable industrial experience:

a) Casting Foundry

b) Auto spare parts manufacturing Ancillary

c) Railways spare parts manufacturing Industry

d) Any Engineering spare parts manufacturing Industry
