Nineteenth May is looking for South Indian Cook to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey They should be able to understand the traditional South Indian cooking techniques and methods, have knowledge of the regional ingredients, spices and flavors, and be able to create a variety of dishes that meet customers' expectations
Prepare and blend spices and ingredients to create unique flavors for different dishes
Plan menus and specials, create new recipes or modify existing ones to suit customers' preferences and dietary restrictions
Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
Ensure that the kitchen and equipment are kept clean, hygienic, and in good working condition
