UI UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The role involves creating user-centric designs, developing interactive prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.

The candidate should have expertise in Figma, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong understanding of modern design trends and principles. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are crucial for articulating design ideas and collaborating effectively

Key responsibilities include:

Designing intuitive user interfaces and visual assets.

Creating animations and micro-interactions.

Conducting user research and testing for design improvements.

Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining design documentation.

Create user-centered designs and prototypes using Figma and other design tools.

Design high-quality UI components, graphics, and illustrations with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Develop interactive animations and micro-interactions using Adobe Animate CC to enhance user engagement.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual and interactive elements.

Maintain and update design documentation, guidelines, and style guides.

Present design ideas effectively in English to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and interactive works.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with responsive design and modern design trends.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
