Overview

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Monitor and analyze security incidents and conduct threat assessments
• Manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
• Develop and conduct security awareness training for employees
• Oversee third-party security assessments and compliance audits
• Lead incident response and manage security breaches
• Implement and manage security solutions like antivirus and antimalware tools
• Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and threats
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into infrastructure
• Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies and standards
• Assist in conducting forensic investigations when security incidents occur
• Participate in security incident readiness and response exercises
• Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on security-related matters
• Exposure in networking concepts such as OSI model, IP, DNS, DHCP directories etc
• Must have strong hands in AAA, CIA, encryption
• Good Exposure in security solutions like- EDR, Firewalls, IPS, IDS, Antiviruses

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• Proven experience in cyber security, information security, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of security practices, technologies, and frameworks
• Experience in risk assessment and security auditing
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements including GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
• Experience with firewall management and network security
• Proficiency in incident response and handling security breaches
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Up-to-date knowledge of security threats and solutions
• Knowledge of encryption methods and data protection techniques
• Understanding of cloud security and mobile security best practices
• Experience in conducting security awareness training and developing security policies
