The B2B Demand Marketer will be at the forefront of growth and demand initiatives, working collaboratively with our internal team and clients to execute strategies that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Campaign:
Design and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth for both Nine Degree and its clients.
Identify and target key buyer personas and decision-makers through data-driven segmentation and tailored messaging.
Partner with the content team to develop assets such as whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and eBooks that align with campaign objectives.
Develop landing pages and email nurture sequences optimized for engagement and lead conversion.
Build and refine lead nurturing workflows that move prospects through the funnel, leveraging automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
Define and implement lead scoring frameworks to ensure alignment with sales teams and efficient handoff of qualified leads.
Collaborate on ABM strategies for high-value accounts, creating personalized campaigns and outreach plans.
Coordinate cross-channel touchpoints to ensure consistent messaging and engagement for target accounts.
LinkedIn Marketing:
Plan, manage, and execute organic LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences.
Create compelling content tailored for social platforms like LinkedIn.
Drive social selling campaigns targeted for specific audiences.
Analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Partner with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to craft cohesive marketing strategies.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine targeting.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns align with their goals and expectations.
Optimization and Performance Measurement:
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPL, CTR, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates), identify trends, and refine strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging tools to ensure innovative and effective demand generation efforts.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to measure campaign success and generate actionable insights.
Create reports highlighting key metrics, progress toward goals, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Experience and Skills Required:
13 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or social media marketing.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
Ability to write compelling copies for email and linkedin that help convert. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive content.
Experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow within a team-oriented organization.
Good to have
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Experience in working with B2B SaaS or professional services industries.
